Product Description
The GZP164 piezoresistive pressure sensor chip is suitable for pressure sensors in biomedicine, flow measurement, industrial control and other fields. Its core part is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip processed by MEMS technology. The positive and negative sides of the pressure-sensitive chip sense different pressures through the pressure nozzle, thus forming a pressure difference and generating a voltage signal proportional to the pressure difference.
The GZP164 pressure sensor chip is encapsulated in the standard SOP8 form, which is convenient for users to install on the surface. Good linearity, repeatability and stability, high sensitivity, convenient for users to debug and compensate for output and temperature drift.
